I have two copies of some emails, is this correct?
Yes, you may see two copies of some emails if:
- You are using POP to retrieve mail and you have ticked the software setting 'leave a copy on server'.
- If this is the case, when you retrieve mail from the upgraded platform any emails that were left on the server and were copied to the new platform will be downloaded for a second time.
This issue will not be repeated with new mail delivered to the Office 365 service.
